DOD IG memo on evaluation of SPACECOM basing decision

In a Feb. 29, 2024 memo the Defense Department inspector general's office announces it will make an evaluation "to determine the roles and processes of DOD leadership prior to the decision to base the U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado."
