DOD IG report on SEWIP Block 3

The Nov. 9, 2017, Defense Department inspector general's report finds that the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program Block 3 experienced "significant" cost estimate increases over its engineering and manufacturing development phase from August 2014 to March 2017.
