DOD instruction on language testing program

The June 30, 2022 Defense Department instruction "establishes policies, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures for developing and administering the Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB); the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) system tests in reading, listening, and speaking; and other DOD-approved assessment tools."
