DOD instruction on ports, protocols and services management

The May 31, 2023 Defense Department instruction "establishes policy and standardizes procedures for cataloging, governing, and managing the use and management of protocols in the internet protocol suite, related protocols, and data services referred to as Department of Defense information network (DODIN) ports, protocols, and services (PPS)."
