DOD instruction on the STARBASE program

The Jan. 15, 2021 Defense Department instruction "establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides direction for the DOD STARBASE Program," which is meant to "raise the interest and improve the knowledge and skills of youth in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) by exposing them to the technological environment and positive role models found on military bases and installations."
