DOD proposed rule on private security contractors

On May 25, 2021 the Defense Department issued a proposed rule that includes "administrative updates and clarifications to PSCs performing duties while under contract to DOD in support of a contingency operations, humanitarian or peace operations, or other military operations or exercises."
