DOD rule on covered telecom equipment, services

In a Dec. 13, 2019 Federal Register notice, the Defense Department issued "a second interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to require offerors to represent annually whether they offer to the Government equipment, systems, or services that include covered telecommunications equipment or services."
