DOD's CARES Act reprogramming action

In an Aug. 27, 2020 reprogramming action, acting Pentagon Comptroller Thomas Harker approves the transfer of more than $1.3 billion in funds appropriated in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act "to other applicable appropriations of the Department of Defense . . . and transfers back funds that are not necessary for purposes previously transferred."
