DOD's COVID-19 reprogramming

In an April 17, 2020 reprogramming memo, acting Pentagon Comptroller Elaine McCusker approves the transfer of $113 million from the Defense Health Program to the defense-wide research, development test and evaluation section "for expenses to prevent, prepare for, or respond to coronavirus."
