DOE, NNSA testimony on FY-23 atomic energy defense activities

On May 19, 2022 Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm and National Nuclear Security Administration Administrator Jill Hruby released the joint congressional testimony they would use when discussing the fiscal year 2023 nuclear weapons budget request.
