DSB terms of reference memo on countering 'insider' threat study

In a May 10, 2017, memo, acting Pentagon acquisition chief James MacStravic calls for a Defense Science Board study to "investigate opportunities to introduce the application of advanced science and technology to enable effective [counter-intelligence] initiatives to deter, detect, monitor, and enforce the protection of national security information."
