In April and May 2025, U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command Commander Gen. Gregory Guillot; Missile Defense Agency Director Lt. Gen. Heath Collins; Army Space and Missile Defense Command chief Lt. Gen. Sean Gainey; acting Assistant Defense Secretary for Space Policy Andrea Yaffe; and Army Lt. Gen. Robert Rasch, executive officer of the Guam Defense System Joint Program Office, submitted testimony to the congressional defense committees on fiscal year 2026 missile defense posture.
