GAO report on environmental sustainability

The May 31, 2023 Government Accountability Office report finds that the Defense Department "may not have enough staff with the necessary skills and expertise to effectively implement" a December 2021 executive order "requiring federal agencies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water use, and waste."
