GAO report on the IAEA

The July 29, 2019 Government Accountability Office report finds that the International Atomic Energy Agency "doesn't have the guidelines it needs to ensure it is appropriately prioritizing its work and targeting its resources" and "relies heavily on voluntary contributions and hasn't analyzed ways to stabilize its funding."
