House hearing on climate change's impact on military installations

On March 13, 2019 meteorologist and retired Navy Rear Adm. David Titley, Sharon Burke, senior adviser at New America's International Security and Resource Security programs, and Nicolas Loris from the Heritage Foundation testified before the House Armed Services readiness subcommittee on the effects of climate change on military bases and operations.
