Lord letter on Block V Virginia-class sub multiyear contracts

In an Oct. 30, 2019 letter to House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith (D-WA), Pentagon acquisition chief Ellen Lord "provides multiyear contract certifications for the nine-ship Block V [Virginia-class submarine] multiyear contract and notification of the proposed contract at least 30 days in advance of the award of the proposed contract."
