MDA notice on HDR-H EIS

In a Feb. 26, 2021 Federal Register notice, the Missile Defense Agency announces plans to "Reopen Public Scoping for the Homeland Defense Radar in Hawaii Environmental Impact Statement" and offers the public a chance to comment on the revised proposal through April 12, 2021.
