Navy congressional testimony on the FY-23 budget

On May 11, 2022 Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Michael Gilday and Marine Corps Commandant Gen. David Berger released the prepared testimony they would use at congressional hearings on their fiscal year 2023 budget request. Also includes a Navy transcript of the hearing.
