Navy industrial base cybersecurity memo (FOUO)

In a Sept. 28, 2018 memo marked "for official use only," the Navy imposes more rigorous cybersecurity requirements on contractors to protect programs and technologies it deems "critical" following an incident earlier this year in which Chinese hackers reportedly stole sensitive submarine warfare data from a Navy contractor.
