The Jan. 26, 2021 Navy instruction on Visibility and Management of Operating and Support Costs "establish[es a] mandatory data reporting policy to meet the congressional requirement to provide complete, accurate, and timely Navy and Marine Corps Operating and Support (O&S) costs and related metrics for major weapon systems."
