Navy leaders' testimony on the FY-21 budget request

On Feb. 27, 2020 acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly, Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Michael Gilday and Marine Corps Commandant Gen. David Berger submitted joint testimony to the House Armed Services Committee on their fiscal year 2021 budget request.
