Navy memos on IT contract cancellations

On April 24, 2025 the Navy issued a memo listing five of 45 grants and contracts being eliminated, which were selected due to their connection to climate change, social sciences or diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts, along with a second memo on the "NMRO logistics program."
