Navy's CHAMP industry studies solicitation

The Jan. 8, 2010 solicitation calls for industry shipbuilders to conduct a cost-benefit, trade-off analysis of requirements, a commonality and open systems architecture analysis, an analysis of alternatives and recommend a "best-value solution" for a Common Hull Auxiliary Multi-Mission Platform, called CHAMP.
