Navy's sealift fund reprogramming action

The June 13, 2022 Defense Department reprogramming action transfers $211 million from the Navy's operations and maintenance account into the National Defense Sealift fund to pay for "operation and maintenance of 10 Large, Medium-Speed, Roll-on/Roll-off (LMSR) ships, and three Roll-on, Roll-off (RO/RO) Containers."
