OMB letter on FY-20 MILCON spending bill

In a May 8, 2019 letter to House Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Nita Lowey (D-NY), acting Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought writes that the White House is "strongly opposed to the budgetary framework that underlies this [fiscal year 2020 military construction spending bill] and other appropriations bills being considered by the Appropriations Committee."
