OMB letter on FY-22 supplemental

On March 2, 2022 White House Office of Management and Budget acting Director Shalanda Young sent Congress a letter asking for a fiscal year 2022 supplemental spending request totaling $32.5 billion, including $22.5 billion for pandemic related relief and $10 billion to help Ukraine in its fight against Russia's invasion.
