OMB memo on FY-22 R&D priorities

The Aug. 14, 2020 White House Office of Management and Budget memo discusses the administration's five research and development budgetary priorities for fiscal year 2022 as well as "a new R&D priority aimed at American Public Health Security and Innovation" and "also describes four high-priority crosscutting actions."
