OMB rescissions letter to Congress

In a Nov. 22, 2022 letter to House and Senate appropriators, the White House Office of Management and Budget submits "a comprehensive list of the rescissions or cancellations that will continue pursuant to" the continuing resolution approved by Congress the previous September.
