OMB's 'additional guidance' on federal contracting resiliency amidst COVID-19 fight

In a July 14, 2020 memo, the Office of Management and Budget issues "additional guidance that further addresses the resiliency of the federal acquisition workforce and the federal contractors who support our agency missions, including in the fight against COVID-19."
