Pentagon notice for public meeting on progress payment rates

On Sept. 21, 2018, the Defense Department announced it would host a public meeting the following Oct. 10 "to obtain views of experts and interested parties in Government and the private sector" in the wake of an industry outcry over a proposed change to progress and performance-based payment rates.
