Senators' letter to FCC on Ligado

In an Aug. 17, 2022 letter, Sens. Jim Inhofe (R-OK), Jack Reed (D-RI), Tammy Duckworth (D-IL), Mazie Hirono (D-HI), Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Mike Rounds (R-SD), Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) and Dan Sullivan (R-AK) urge the Federal Communications Commission to reconsider granting the license modification request of Ligado Networks, which wants to use a part of the communications spectrum in a way that risks interference with Global Positioning System reception.
