Smith letter on NSA, CYBERCOM

In a Dec. 18, 2020 letter to acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller, House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith (D-WA) wrote he is "profoundly concerned" about reports that the Defense Department is preparing to end the dual-hat relationship between U.S. Cyber Command and the National Security Agency.
