Statement of administration policy on Senate resolution opposing Bahrain FMS

On Nov. 15, 2018 the White House Office of Management and Budget issued a statement of administration policy against S.J.Res.65, a Senate resolution that opposes a proposed $300 million foreign military sale to Bahrain.
