Trump executive order on MDAP reviews

In an April 9, 1015 executive order, President Trump calls on the Defense Department to review all Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) and flag any that exceed cost or schedule baselines by more than 15%, fail to meet key performance goals or no longer align with mission priorities.
