Lawmakers agree to support ABMS, scrap JSTARS recap in FY-19 policy bill

Senate and House authorizers now jointly endorse the Air Force's plan to pursue an Advanced Battle Management System instead of recapitalizing the E-8C Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System, according to the conference version of the fiscal year 2019 defense policy bill.
