Pentagon's CR anomaly list included USAF munitions, cyber programs

Among the programs the Defense Department hoped would be spared under the recently passed continuing resolution are a number of Air Force new-starts and production increases, including key munitions programs and cyber resilience efforts. The continuing resolution sustains funding at fiscal year 2017 levels through Dec. 8 and prohibits funding for new-start programs or increases to production rates.
