ARMY ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT WEIGHS OPTIONS AT FT. IRWIN

The Army plans to add 5,000 soldiers and increase training rotation capacity to 12 at the National Training Center at Ft. Irwin, CA, according to a Federal Register notice.
