ARMY OFFICIALS DEBATE DRAFT OF 'CYBER-ELECTRONICS' CONCEPT

The Army and joint community is reviewing a broad, draft strategy document that proposes a means of dominating warfare in cyberspace and on the electromagnetic spectrum. The 87-page draft strategy, "Concept of Operations for Cyber-Electronics," was issued for comment earlier this month.
