PENTAGON REQUESTS PROPOSALS FOR PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010

The Pentagon's Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations program is requesting proposals for fiscal year 2010. "Submitted proposals should contribute to transformational, joint, coalition or inter-agency capabilities that are enduring in nature and have a Combatant Commander as the primary sponsor," reads the letter from John Wilcox, director of the JCTD program.
