An Army warhead being developed to comply with the Pentagon's pending ban on cluster munitions is accurate and reliable, but it may not be lethal enough, a new report by weapons testers suggests. The Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System-Alternate Warhead, or GMLRS-AW, received mostly positive reviews in the latest annual report from the office of the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation, except for one footnote.
