SENATE COMMITTEE: JIEDDO FUNDING BELONGS IN SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

Though Senate authorizers -- in their version of the fiscal year 2010 defense spending bill -- recommend full funding for the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization, they believe the group's budget should be funded through supplemental spending.
