Army holding defense cyber industry day in January

The Army's Project Manager for Defensive Cyber Operations is hosting an industry day Jan. 22 at Ft. Belvoir, VA to collect information to more effectively deliver tools and platforms to defend the service's networks.

According to a Dec. 23 Army notice, PM DCO is looking for solutions to develop more efficient processes for delivering cyber training packages to soldiers in support of Cyber Mission Forces and Cyber Protection Brigades.

PM DCO provides hardware and software tools to defend the Army's cyber network and includes the cyber platforms and systems program, analytics and detection program and allied information technology program.

The service is looking for any new or existing technology and submissions are due by Jan. 10.
