Booz Allen to acquire Liberty IT Solutions

Booz Allen Hamilton said today it has agreed to acquire Liberty IT Solutions for $725 million to bolster its digital solutions work.

The Herndon, VA-based Liberty has about 600 employees and offices in Exton, PA and Melbourne, FL.

Booz Allen said the company will contribute a range of digital transformation capabilities, from end-to-end digital solutions to expanded Salesforce capabilities to advanced technology integration.

The deal is expected to close by the end of next month.
