Gallivan named head of ATEC

Brig. Gen. James Gallivan, former chief of staff for Army Futures Command, has been named the new commanding general of Army Test and Evaluation Command, the service announced today.

Along with a number of others changing posts, Brig. Gen. Scott Jackson will be commanding general of Security Force Assistance Command at Ft. Bragg, NC.

Jackson previously served as the commander of the 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade at Ft. Benning, GA.
