General Atomics acquires Tiger Innovations

General Atomics said this week it has acquired Tiger Innovations, which specializes in hardware and software design for spacecraft and space-related systems.

The Herndon, VA-based company's work will be integrated into General Atomics' electromagnetic systems group.

General Atomics said the deal will expand its footprint in Northern Virginia and give the company "a robust coast-to-coast space systems development infrastructure."
