The Professional Services Council today said it has named Bill Greenwalt senior advisor for research and defense.

Greenwalt most recently served as a professional staff member for the Senate Armed Services Committee, helping Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) pursue acquisition reform legislation. He has also served as deputy under secretary of defense for industrial policy, a visiting fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, a Lockheed Martin executive and an official at the Aerospace Industries Association.

At PSC, his “duties will include advocacy and education on government contracting, defense, and national security matters, as well as research done under the PSC Foundation,” the group said.
