HDT Global acquires Spec Ops

HDT Global said today it has acquired the business and assets of Spec Ops, which makes and integrates C4ISR platform systems for use by military, emergency management, intelligence, security, first responder and civil preparedness organizations.

Solon, OH-based HDT develops and builds expeditionary infrastructure systems for extreme environments.

"With this completed transaction, HDT expands its offering of expeditionary C2 and C4ISR platform systems," the company said.
