HII names O'Sullivan to board

Huntington Ingalls Industries said today it has named Stephanie Sullivan to its board of directors, effective Feb. 15.

O’Sullivan, a business consultant, previously served as principal deputy director of the Office of National Intelligence and as associate deputy director of the Central Intelligence Agency.

She sits on the boards of directors of The Aerospace Corp., Battelle Memorial Institute and HRL Laboratories as well as advisory boards at Noblis, Peraton and Booz Allen Hamilton, HII said.
