LMI names Krieg to lead board of directors

LMI said this week it has named Ken Krieg chairman of its board of directors, effective immediately. He succeeds Todd Stottlemyer, who will remain a member of the board.

Krieg, the former under secretary of defense for acquisition, technology and logistics, joined the board in late 2008. He runs Samford Global Strategies and also sits on the board of BWX Technologies and several private companies.

LMI also said Lisa Disbrow, the former Air Force under secretary and acting Air Force secretary, has been elected to chair the audit committee. She joined the company's board last year.
