Lockheed Martin names two to board

Lockheed Martin said today its board of directors has elected Jeh Johnson and James Taiclet to join the board, effective Jan. 1.

Johnson is the former secretary of the Department of Homeland Security and former general counsel of both the Pentagon and the Air Force. He is a partner at law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

Taiclet is chief executive of telecommunications real estate company American Tower. He previously was president of Honeywell Aerospace Services and vice president for engine services at Pratt & Whitney, Lockheed said.
